b. Warranty Coverage

  • Replacement Policy: Items verified to have manufacturing defects may be replaced with an identical or similar model within fifteen (15) days of purchase, subject to availability.

  • Products must be inspected by the customer upon delivery. Any physical damage, missing components, or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the delivery agent or customer care at the time of delivery.

However, minor variations in color or packaging may occur. 4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Products eligible for return or exchange must be in pristine, re-saleable condition, complete with original packaging, tags, user manuals, and all included accessories.

8. User Responsibility

10. Indemnity
