1. Where does Blueberry’s Store deliver?

We deliver to all major cities and governorates across the Sultanate of Oman, including the Muscat Area, Batinah, Dakhiliyah, Sharqiyah, Dhofar (Salalah), and other regional areas.

2. How much do shipping and delivery cost?

  • Standard Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight/volume of your items. Look out for "Free Delivery" promotions on specified order values or eligible home appliances directly on our product pages!
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that standard delivery charges and applicable taxes are completely non-refundable in the event of a regular product return or exchange.

3. What are the estimated delivery times?

Delivery windows vary slightly depending on your exact geographical location:

  • Muscat Area: Typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Other Governorates (Outside Muscat): Typically takes 3 to 4 business days (up to 8 business days for remote interior locations).
  • Note: Minor delivery delays may occasionally occur during national public holidays, peak shopping events, and Eid holiday periods.

4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to adjust your delivery address, please contact our customer support team immediately through our official contact channels. Address updates can only be processed before the package has been dispatched to our courier partners. Once an order is out for delivery, address changes may result in a 24-to-48-hour delivery delay.

5. What happens if I am not available to receive my delivery?

Our delivery team or courier partner will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to arrival to confirm your availability. If you are unavailable, you can request to reschedule the delivery or nominate a family member or building supervisor to receive the package on your behalf.

6. Do I need to inspect the items upon delivery?

Yes. We strongly request all customers to physically inspect their packages upon arrival.

  • For large appliances (like Smart TVs, Air Fryers, or Ovens) and kitchenware, please verify that the external packaging is intact.
  • Any physical damage, broken components, or wrong items must be reported immediately to the delivery agent or flagged to our customer service within 2 days to ensure eligibility for swift replacement.

7. Does Blueberry’s Store offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across select regions in Oman for your convenience, alongside secure online debit/credit card payment options at checkout.

  • Reminder: As per our refund policy, if a COD order is later returned under eligible conditions, the refund will be processed as store credit or transferred directly to your bank account.

8. How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is confirmed and processed by our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated notification containing your order details.
